VTANR TEST Vermont ANR/NRB Online Services Portal System - Department of Environmental Conservation

The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation’s mission is to preserve, enhance, restore and conserve Vermont’s natural resources and protect human health for the benefit of this and future generations. Through its programs, the DEC manages water and air quality; regulates solid and hazardous wastes; and administers a number of voluntary pollution and waste reduction programs.

The DEC is developing this online services portal in an effort to make it easier for the public to find, complete, and submit applications, reports, and other forms to the department. The site is intended to be the DEC's forms portal and will eventually include links to all of DEC's permitting, reporting, and other forms. The DEC is beginning an effort to make as many of our forms as possible available to be completed and submitted online.

Currently, this site includes the following forms that can be completed and submitted online:

• Direct Discharge No Discharge Report form for General Permits 3-9004 and 3-9016
